Experienced Shift Supervisor * Manager who will take responsibility for the shift team in two West London premises that have critical HVAC services (Critical Services exp in Essential). Candidates will need a minimum 5 years building service experience.
To manage all allocated activities as specified within maintenance contract. To innovate and continually improve all aspects of the operation in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager.
Line management of allocated operational, maintenance activities , in particular those activities, which because of risk and * or time-scale need close management control.
To plan and manage allocated staff resources so as to ensure site-staffing requirements are met at all times.
Ensure compliance by all subordinate staff of company health & safety and quality assurance policies and procedures.
